21 Day Meditation Challenge. Digital Course. Starting Soon! The benefits of meditation are many and increase over time. Wishing to feel better? Wishing to raise your energy levels? Improve your health? To increase your happiness? To find more clarity in your life? To know what you want in life? Move more freely? Free your body from stiffness & pains? Wishing to remove the effects of toxic relationships? To shield yourself from draining energies? Find & develop your innate gifts? Increase your ability to help others? Increase your ability to diagnose? Develop your psychic abilities? The 21 Days Meditation Challenge includes among others: sitting-, standing and lying down meditation. Correcting your body posture to ensure the benefits of meditation. Gentle movements & tai chi. Different forms of breathing. Jeannette will create sacred space for the workshop and for those who agree she will help cut cords to toxic relationships. Jeannette is a healer and will thus give healing during the workshop. Use your yoga mat if you have one. Please, wear comfortable clothes and wear an additonal wollen jumper in case you feel cold. Please, ensure not to freeze and use a (wollen) blacket and (wollen) socks if needed. Your teacher, Jeannette, has been into wellness, meditation, health and awareness for 30 years. She has both taught and participated in very many workshops internationally.
